This policy explains what information Nail Talk & Spa collects through nailtalkspa.com, why, and who we share it with. It doesn't cover information you give us in person at the salon, which is handled separately.

Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site — which pages get visited, how people navigate, and general location and device information. This helps us keep the site useful and fix what isn't working.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for traffic and engagement data, and Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps that show us how visitors interact with pages. Clarity masks sensitive input fields by default and doesn't record anything you type into a form field.

If you enter your email or phone number for our 10% off offer or any other signup form, that information goes to Klaviyo, our email/SMS marketing platform, so we can send you the discount code and, if you don't unsubscribe, future offers and updates.

If you book an appointment, your booking details are handled by Zenoti, our booking platform — not stored on this website.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them (and similar technologies) for analytics, remembering your preferences, and marketing — for example, recognizing that you've already seen our offer popup so we don't show it again right away.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
