Your First Visit
What should I expect at my first appointment?
You'll check in at the front desk, and your tech will walk you through your service before starting — feel free to bring reference photos or ask questions along the way. New guests are also welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
What time should I arrive?
Arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time is plenty. Arriving significantly late may shorten your service or require rescheduling — see our Salon Policies for the full late-arrival policy.
Is parking available?
Yes — free, ample parking is available right at our location, 841 William Hilton Pkwy, Suite E, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
Do I need to bring anything?
No — we provide everything needed for your service. If you have a specific polish color or nail art reference in mind, feel free to bring or send a photo ahead of time.
Can I bring my kids?
We do offer kid-friendly services — see our Services menu. For your own appointment, we’d ask that young children who aren’t being serviced have another adult with them, since our chairs and stations are close together.
Our Services
What's the difference between Dip, Acrylic, Builder Gel/BIAB, and Gel-X?
Dip Powder builds strength over your natural nail with a powder-and-resin system. Acrylic is a durable, sculpted enhancement, great for length and shape. Builder Gel/BIAB is a lighter-weight gel enhancement that flexes more naturally. Gel-X uses a soft gel tip for instant length with a lighter, more flexible feel than acrylic. Your tech can help you pick based on your nail shape, lifestyle, and how long you want it to last.
How long do services typically take?
It depends on the service — a classic manicure or pedicure typically runs 30–45 minutes, while a full acrylic or Gel-X set with nail art can take longer. Times shown on our Services page are a general guide; your tech can give you a more precise estimate at booking.
How should I care for my nails after a service?
Cuticle oil is your best friend between visits — see our Cuticle Care 101 post for the details. In general, avoid harsh cleaning products without gloves, and give fresh polish a little extra time before activities that put real pressure on your nails.
How often should I rebook?
It varies by service and how your nails grow — most guests on Dip, Builder Gel, or Acrylic rebook every 2–3 weeks for fills. Your tech will give you a personalized recommendation based on how your specific set is holding up.
What if I have sensitive skin or an allergy?
Let your tech know before your service starts — we're happy to talk through product options. If you have a known allergy to a specific ingredient, mention it at booking so we can plan accordingly.
