Salon Policies

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another guest.

A missed appointment without notice is recorded as a no-show and may affect your ability to book online in the future.

We'll always do our best to accommodate you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a request to reschedule, out of respect for the guests booked after you.

Select services and larger group bookings may require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

We love hosting groups for birthdays, bridal parties, and private events — see our Groups & Events page. Group bookings help us plan staffing, so we ask for advance notice and, in some cases, a deposit.

Your happiness with your service matters to us. If something isn't right, let us know within 10 days of your visit and we'll make it right — this is our Happy Service Guarantee.

Gel polish is warrantied against chipping or breaking for 7 days from your appointment.

Gel-X is warrantied for 7 days against chipping, lifting, or breaking under normal wear. Damage from picking, improper removal, excessive force, harsh chemicals, or prolonged ocean/pool exposure isn't covered.

Acrylic enhancements are warrantied for 7 days against chipping or breaking under normal wear. As with all enhancements, damage from picking, improper removal, excessive force, or accidents isn't covered.

Builder Gel / BIAB is warrantied for 7 days against chipping or breaking under normal wear, with the same exclusions as our other enhancement warranties.

Dip powder is warrantied against chipping or breaking for 7 days from your appointment.

Traditional polish doesn't carry a longevity warranty — how long it lasts depends heavily on your day-to-day activities and at-home care. We're always happy to advise on how to make it last.

Custom nail art and design work is considered final once completed, given the time and artistry involved. We're glad to walk through reference photos with you beforehand to make sure we're aligned.

Services rendered are generally non-refundable; we ask you to let us know of any concerns within our 10-day Happy Service window so we can correct it in-salon first. Unused, unopened retail products may be returned within a reasonable window.

We adore our littlest guests and offer dedicated Kid Services. For everyone's safety and comfort, we ask that children being serviced are accompanied by an adult, and that non-serviced guests be kept to a minimum during busy hours.

Gift cards are available for purchase and make a lovely gift. They do not expire and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Our Annual VIP Membership is valid for 12 months from enrollment and renews annually. Membership discounts do not stack with other promotions and exclude gift cards, tools, and certain retail products.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

A small card processing fee may apply to credit and debit card payments. Cash payment avoids this fee. We'll always be transparent about pricing before you pay.
